Purposes of the Collected Personal Data.

• Provide BLANIA services and / or products to the Owner;
• Receive news, offers, promotions and information from BLANIA;

In case BLANIA is acquired by a third party, the Personal Data collected will be transferred to the buyer of BLANIA.

Access and Control over the Collected Personal Data.

The aforementioned periods may be extended once, only for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case so justify it.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Owner accepts that his/her Persona Data to be collected, used, stored, processed, transferred, protected and treated under The Personal Data and, in case of any doubt or interpretation, the Mexican Law shall prevail under any other law, in what is applicable and does not contravene the provisions of the legislation of the State where the Owner resides.

Owner acknowledges that this English version is only for informative effects, and therefore, the Spanish version will prevail over the English one for any interpretation and dispute arise from this Agreement, except from the present “Applicable Law and Jurisdiction” provision.

Changes and Updates to the Privacy Notice

Any changes made to this Privacy Notice will be reflected on BLANIA website www.www.blania.co as well as in their offices and mobile applications, or by means of a notification, including the sending of emails; therefore, this Privacy Notice shall remain in force indefinitely until such time as a modification, change or updating thereof is made, and this is in accordance with the provisions of the Data Law. The Owner agrees to notify any changes in the Privacy Notice by any of the means mentioned above and the Owner continues to use the website, mobile applications or services of BLANIA, he expressly accepts and submits to the modifications made, which will take effect on the date of its publication on the website, mobile applications or offices of BLANIA.
